My older brother, Ian Forbes Citra, turned 24 today! Woohoo! 😀

I didn’t prepare any gift or cake for him, to be honest. Midnight surprise cake became too mainstream already :p But I do, I really do, cherish this day and would definitely celebrate it later tonight with my family. ^^ I was so excited about his birthday that I baked him cheesecake at midnight (I’ll post it tomorrow after getting it reviewed and pictured XD~ ) LOL. I am truly grateful that I have him as my brother 😀

My koko is a very gentle, protective, attentive, caring and understanding person. He is the reason why I still don’t (and probably won’t) drive on my own. He drives me to work and picks me up everyday.. he’d drive me anywhere I wanna go whenever he’s available. No complaining, no nagging. If you live in Jakarta, if you know just how bad the traffic can be, you’d understand. 😉

We only differ by 13 months. Perhaps I took the spotlight from him much too soon.. but meh. not really. he was the prettier baby XD~ There were no jealousy even as kids; he simply loves and protects his siblings.. until now. As far back as I can remember, I have always adored my brother; I love him and I look up to him. He is truly an amazing person. Seriously. 🙂

Mom often reminisce on our childhood. She said that koko was a very lovely baby.. he’s not demanding, didn’t cry much, he’s fair, chubby, smart and suuuper adorable. Everyone would love him in an instant! She remembered saying to herself that she wouldn’t mind having 10 more kids if every one of them turns out to be like him. But life slapped her back to reality when she had me.. I was.. the complete opposite of whatever good traits my bro possessed. =)))

On the day I was born, my bro literally run for the first time, unguided, in search of my mom, who’s been away for days for labor. Prior to that day, he had never even walked on his own. 🙂

Growing up, I was always the naughty one. I took his food, his toys, his candies, his food, and yes more of his food. He never complained. He run. I would chase and hunt him down if he refused. mwahahahahahaha.. But he never hit me, never hurt me, never tease or bully me back, ever. 🙂

He is a geek! A very charming and good looking geek 😉 He doesn’t really like to read books, but he reads and watched a lot from the internet. He’s into history, music, politics, science, etc. You name it.

I may have ranked better in school, but I assure you, he knows better. He knows a lot of stuff.. weird stuff.. stuff you probably didn’t even know existed.

Oh, and he’s a gamer.. I can’t really tell how good since he had never really competed, but he’s definitely above average. He’s the one responsible for me and my mom’s addiction to online gaming :p
